History
Southern Primary Care Inc., a non-profit established in 2022, initially focused on delivering primary care and housing to the underprivileged in Louisiana. Recognizing the severity of homelessness, it shifted its mission to prioritize affordable housing for low to moderate-income populations, especially veterans, the elderly, and the disabled. Our goal is to provide safe, community-oriented homes tailored to diverse needs, including mixed-use, multi-family, and single-use environments.
Experienced Leadership
Lucille Turner, our principal director, has managed rental property in East Baton Rouge Parish for 15 years and has worked in the community, bringing quality healthcare to the community for the last 30 years.
